What a stunning experience and what better way to
spend a honeymoon! The boat is first class and
there is not one thing one can fault on it.

The houseboat far exceeded our expectations. In
the houseboat everything looked new. You feel you
are the first people to rent the boat. The
equipment in the boat is top class including the
Gas oven and electric fridge. Raymond really
treats the houseboat like a prized possesion.
There are numerous places on the open water to
anchor your boat, sleep and feel safe. Going up
river the first 30 km you have excellent views of
the magnificent properties lining the banks.
There are also creeks with bird sanctuaries where
you can stop for some bird watching.

Very Relaxing
We only spent 1 night in
November on the Houseboat. Everything was
explained to us in detail and the boat was
well-organised. For those really stressed out it
is 1 way of forcing yourself to relax. We had a
ball! Thanks to ALL!!

Just a short note to thank
you again for a truly wonderful experience. We
thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The boat was in
perfect condition and your attention to detail
was obvious.
The houseboat is without a
doubt the best way to explore and experience the
Vaal River in all its facets – from cruising
to birding, fishing, visiting the various
eateries to just enjoying the peace and quiet of
a gorgeous sunrise.
